Could this be implantation?

I am about 7 dpo and not due for AF to 6/14, suddenly having dark mucus. Not a lot (contained by panty liner), but I was expecting implantation bleeding to be lighter and pinker. I can't think of what else it could be though. I had a positive OPK last Sun and my cycles are always regular. Anyone know if this is normal? I had a chemical last month so I'm fearing the worst. 😢

Blah, was reading some journals. I had a CP last time and apparently hCG can lower progesterone and temporarily shorten luteal phase in the next cycle. It's supposed to bounce back on the next cycle... so hopefully it will.

How did you confirm ovulation?

Luteal phase is usually consistent and when we perceive it as shorter or longer that's really a result of early or late ovulation.  Are you charting BBT?

Well now it's heavier and red. Still not due for AF until Sun, and definitely only 8dpo... even if it were a MC or chemical it shouldn't happen til end of cycle though, right? I thought luteal phase was ~14 days no matter what?

Could this be implantation?
