Miscarried and didnt know you were pregnant?

Today i woke up feeling like i had to go to the bathroom when i noticed i was bleeding and cramping really badly. I saw like 2 round like clots but dont know know what it could be. Plus my period comes every 3 months i was expecting her next month. And last week i had pinkish/brown spotting for 3 days last week what could it have been? Could i have been pregnant? Or is it just me freaking out. I already had 1 miscarriage at around 3 months along. Im CONFUSED any help please. I would really apreciate it.Thank You /.\
