? Could I be

So I wanted to know if anyone could tell me if I should see the dr and check or wait and see if I get my period. So we have been trying to get pregnant I went in for a pap smear the day before my period was due and after I did bleed but like it was spotting and then I didn't get my period when I was supposed to I am currently 4 days late and I haven't had my period since last month on the 6th and I took a pregnancy test a few days ago and it came out neg. Could I be pregnant ?
