Bankruptcy

I saw another post about this subject too so I thought I'd ask some questions myself if anyone knows anything by chance...I obviously cannot afford a lawyer but need to file bankruptcy so I'm looking to go through free legal aid in my state. I'm just wondering though, my boyfriend lives with me, do I need to tell them about this? we pay our own bills and he has his own income and I have my own income (barely) , so do I need to report about him? I don't want them to take his income into consideration because he shouldn't be responsible for paying my debts..
