Need help

So last week me and my best friend got into it and haven't talked since. Tonight I put up a status in fb and said well you find out who your true friends are. My boyfriend Comments and ask me what is going on. I tell him to call me. He does and basically he gets so frustrated with me bc apparently I'm not listening. He starts yelling and saying that I make him hate me sometimes and honesty I really don't know what I did. Well he eventually says just talk to Anthony (my guy friend he is jealous of which he has no reason to be) and hangs up. I'm so confused. Should I call, text him or give him time to cool off should I still go to his house in the morning or get my stuff and go home. I don't know what to do.
