Too early??

I dont remember if I had asked the question before, but. Can women get pregnant at the peak of ovulation and show symptons of it real early? Like, sometime that day or 3 days or more. I am just curious

I know I might been sick at that time of ovualtion. Its been 8 days and I still get sick. I almost threw up driving yesterday (i know that dont tell you much) and some smells get to me. I love the smell of pizza n i got sick off of it and had a metal taste. Garlic bothers me. I just worried just because of what me and my ex bf is going through 😔 its a hard break up for me.
