Light pink blood

I just used the bathroom and wiped and there was light pink blood on the toilet paper. I went to wipe again and nothing and it hasn't happened again. I have a cyst but the Dr said I would be able to tell if it burst cause it's painful. It doesn't hurt any worse than it has and I would think I would bleed more if it burst. Any idea on what the random pink blood could be? No sex in a week so I know it isn't from that.
