When should i introduce bottle?

I start working in august and i wont be able to breastfeed any longer how mich time before i go back to work should i start to introduce the bottke

As long as the baby has a good latch and has no issues breastfeeding you can introduce the bottle slowly.  My daughter is 10 days onld and I have given her a couple of bottles here and ther just not on a regular basis

Doctors lie. Formula is the cause of so many issues. If you give it, the child will nurse less and you will think your supply is down. You will give up. Don't give that nasty garbage. Look into donor milk.

You can still breastfeed when you are home. Why give it up? Pump milk. Make enough for while you are away. Nurse immediately before you leave for work and immediately upon arrival home......don't do anything else first... Nurse baby for the rest of your time say home and baby will adjust...just know you don't have to resort to non-nutritive formula garbage. That stuff isn't even suitable for farm animals!

They say around 6-8 weeks because breastfeeding is usually established by then and so is your milk supply. Pumping doesn't do anywhere near as good of a job as the baby sucking (at least in my experience) so if your supply hasn't been established yet then it might be more difficult for you to pump and take longer. I would try do both, bf when you're home as well as pump so she can have the bottle while you're at work.

My little one is a week old today and I had to introduce a bottle to my little girl at 4 days old cause she was jaundice and her doctor was concerned that she wasn't getting enough milk from the breast. I still feed her from the breast 1 or 2 times a day and so far she has no confusion. I use tommee tippee bottles which are supposed to mimic the breast and so far they seem to be working.

I have no experience (ftm due in dec) but i have read it is fine anytime after 2 weeks old to introduce bottles. If that is true you probably want to start now with at least one feeding a day to make sure baby will take that brand bottle and has no other issues bottle feeding that way you have plenty of time to try and fix the problem before you actually go back.
