Frustration setting in

We have been trying for three months now and I have taken ovulation test daily which all are always positive not sure what that means other than I have high LG levels so ovulation test may not work for me I have had three other children with no problem they all were not planned and happened like first time I wasn't careful now with my wife planning it feels it's impossible and jus not gonna happen I am 1day late however I can feel it coming and iv taken test but all are negative , about to throw in the towel 'any advise we are doing at home insemination with a donor fresh live semon
