I have a sexual question

My boyfriend and I have been together for a year in November we decided I would go off birth control and maybe I would get pregnant my problem is he doesn't hardly want to have sex and when we do its all about him and still doesn't get off I went away for a week and after two weeks of no sex he still didn't get off is he possibly cheating or should he go see a dr  I need help I spent 200 hundred dollars on sex stuff and I haven't been able to use any of it bc he doesn't want to have sex when he does he makes it about him and he still doesn't cum I've read everything and watched stuff and this guy is quit possibly the hardest man I've ever been with usually I rank in top three I've even discussed it and every time I do he just gets mad
