Rainbow baby?

Had a miscarriage April 30 at 9w1day (baby stopped growing at 7w) and d&c May 1. Had two neg digital and one clear blue with the plus sign 4days ago. I think I see a line but really don't want to get my hopes up. Anyone else see it? Any stories like mine or advice appreciated!
