Need help ttc. Anything that's worked is welcome

I have epilepsy and I was on Topamax but about 3 months ago switched to Lamictal (150mg 2x/day).. it was supposed to let me conceive easier. Before all this I did one DEPO shot last may, and my SO and myself decided to ttc. I went on the pill middle of September for one month to try to regulate the cycles (gynos order) nothing. It's now June and still nothing. I've been exercising and have basically changed my whole lifestyle, along with Xtra folic acid and prenatals. I'm exhausted of the disappointment. Does anyone have anything they recommend trying or doing?
