Registry?

Hey everyone so I'm just curious around how many weeks do/did you start adding items to a registry? This is my first and I haven't purchased anything yet so I'm not quite sure when to start I'm a little over 13 weeks :)

Go for it! The sooner you do, the more time you will have to prepare. This is my first but I imagine I won't want to do much during the third tri. So we started early! It's so much stuff. Also we got this tip from the pros... Overshop. You may receive items you won't need after all and can return them for store credit to get items you will need! Good luck.

As soon as I for out that we were pregnant I created a registry on babylist. I'm a planner, so this was a way for me to research a ton and then put my thoughts together to form a registry instead of just going to Target and winging it. I haven't shared my registry with anyone yet, but I add things as I think of them.

This is our second, I plan on adding all the basics that we need to replace today and adding some gender neutral items. I can update gender specific items next month when we learn the gender. Since our first child will only be 20 months when this new baby is born I'm not banking on a baby shower (I've told family they could throw one only if they wanted to, otherwise we don't really need one), it's mostly just for my record so I can see what needs to be bought and mark off the list as we go.

I started and finished mine yesterday! We found out we were having a boy and I couldn't resist! I'm 12w 4d.

I am 11w5d and I am going to start mine today. I'll add both boy and girl items and then delete the gender items I don't need online. I should find out the sex very soon! 
I decided to do it early because I want to have an earlier shower around 28 weeks before we go on our babymoon and before the holidays start. Between my wedding anniversary, my birthday, my husbands birthday, our annual trip, Halloween, thanksgiving, Christmas and the parties we attend the end of the year is super busy for us..not to mention my husband works a lot!!

I am holding off starting any until we announce to the world. We have slowly been telling family but are waiting to tell friends. We plan to share the news on our anniversary in early July. I am holding off for two reasons. First, there are some people that check those in store registries just to see if they can find out, my mom has a friend who does it for everyone she thinks is pregnant. Sweet yet sneaky! Second, I want feedback from folks on different things that are good or bad before putting them on a registry who don't know right now. I am ready to get started for sure though!

This is my first too.. I'm about 13w4d. We started a registery at babies r us and target and just did basics and stuff we knew we wanted/needed. When we find out the sex, we'll add all the cute stuff! If you need help with figuring out what's needed I found a good blog called Lucies list. It's brilliant!
