What to do differently?

Help! What can I do differently to conceive. I have had all necessary testing done. And all of my test came back Great!! 
So I'm completely confused about what the problem could be. My boyfriend is health. Ugh. Help please what more can I do?

I've been Ttc 3 years and this is my 2nd month on Clomid. My gynacolegest advised me to make home cooked meals rather than food off the shelves. Take vitamins and do 30 mins exercise a day.

Dong Quai and Maca helped me. Google them. Also my periods were irregular so I took vitex to balance hormones as well
