Testing 5 days before missed period?

Question

I have to take clomid to achieve ovulation.  After 4 yrs of sadness it took 2 months after starting clomid and i was pregnant!!!! ( i know it was supper lucky to conceive after just two months!) We arw trying for#2! Im 11days past ovulation and have lots of miner symptoms of possible pregnancy! So my question is would you test 5 days before missed period or would you wait?! I'm dying to know either way!

How many days has it been since you would have conceived? If it has been 14 days, I say go for the test. With my fertility treatments, my doctor always allows me to test 17 days after insemination. Of course it's hard to wait and I have tested 14 days after insemination each time. Both positive! I get the expensive pregnancy tests that can tell you how many weeks pregnant you are. Good luck!

My sister got her first faint BFP on 11dpo. She did Femara and got pregnant on cycle 2

I hate false negatives so I would wait if I were you. I know it's hard, but the closer you are to your missed period the more accurate the result. Hugs & prayers to you!!
