Pain in ovary when coughing? Pregnant.

I had a hard cough earlier and got a weird shooting cramp in my left ovary area during it. I'm 5 weeks pregnant and as this is my first, nervous about everything. Anyone experienced this?

It's round ligament pain. Totally normal. Your ligaments are stretching and preparing for a big task ahead. Sneezing and coughing can just cause a spasm

Mine hurt all the time.  I'm 12 weeks 4 days and have been hurting since 3 weeks.

I would have a sharp pain if I squeezed in the first trimester but it was only for a few seconds but it was nothing I guess bc I'm 23 weeks
