I'm 38&3days today yesterday at my midwife appointment I was 1cm. Today starting about at 2pm it's 3:21pm I've been having mild contractions that start at my back wrap to my lower belly and move to my pelvic area. I can still function through it but I'm very crampy, my back hurts the most. I'm at my ultrasound appt now waiting to be seen. Could this be the sign of early labor?
