4 weeks 5 days pregnant..

This is my second pregnancy, I lost my baby last year due to short cervix at 20 weeks. It's been a year, although this wasn't planned we are beyond excited. I am expiercing some cramping like I'm going to get my period any time?! I didn't have this last time. I found out at 16dpo which was Monday that my hcg levels are 394, curious to know what everyone else's was at 4 weeks and if you also had the same cramping/abdominal pain?
