Depressed.

I am 25, marries to my amazing husband for almost 7 years. Here is some of my story. Also I am bipolar to add on to everything else. Currently unmedicated.

I got pregnant with my daughter when I was 18, after I had her I had the IUD put in. After an emergency removal, I had PID. My ovaries were the size of softballs. (Very painful). So I got the arm implant for 3 years I have to say it worked great! Anyways after the times lapsed I got it removed and got the nuva ring. 6 months later (due to the PID) I had an ectopic pregnancy and had my right fillopian tube removed. I have had problems with my left ovary since the iud removal. After 2.5 years of trying I am now 7w3d pregnant and also have a 6cm cyst on my left ovary.

Needless to say it has been a very long road. I am not a little depressed because I found out today I have gestational diabetes. Not only am I depressed I'm terrified. There is so much going on on my life right now I don't know what to do.

does anyone else have/had a similar situation? What did you do?
