Could I be pregnant?

On May 22nd, my bf and I had sex with a condom on while I was on day 3 of my period. He came before we realized the condom broke. Yesterday and today (it's been a little over two weeks since he came inside me) I started spotting, also, I've had very light cramps for about a week now. I took a pregnancy test knowing it might be too soon to take one and it came out negative. I have never had abnormal or irregular periods. Is it possible that I am pregnant?
