Help.
Hey everyone! Today I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my first pregnancy. I'm getting kind of worried about my weight already. My eating habit haven't changed. I don't eat more than what I used to in my opinion. I eat three meals a day and snack through out the day like I did before I found out I was pregnant.
Before I found out I was pregnant I weighed roughly around 246. And lately a I've been 254. I used drop back down to 246 after like using the bathroom or something along that but now I'm just staying at 254. That's way to much weight I personally think that I have gained so far. Anyone else going through this as well??
Or does anyone have any advice???
