Can we really know before a positive test?
We TTC for the fist time last Thursday. My SO has been sick to her tummy and feeling like she wants to throw up since last night. Can't really eat and just feels nauseous. Is it possible to feel morning sickness this early? We can't test yet as it is too early for a result so just asking here for some opinions.
