Gas pains confused for cramps?

Anyone have horrible gas that you confuse with cramps? Sometimes i worry because i feel like im cramping badly, but these gas pains (im hoping) radiate all over my upper belly as well.

It sounds like gas to me and I'm totally with you there!!! Its so uncomfortable especially after a meal hang in there its so worth it :-)

Omg yes the gas cramps and constipation  are killing me!!!!! And unfortunately  I'm anemic so I have to take iron supplements on top of my prenatal  vitamin which makes things so much worse!

Yessss! I usually always have problems with gas pains anyways but I feel the cramping in my stomach so it makes me feel better that it's not in my lower stomach. I'm 4 weeks 4 days. I've had fatigue & sore breasts. Other than that not much else.

Same. I've had them all week. Infact constipation and sore Brest are my main symptoms right now..o and peeing. Lol
