Selfish?

Am I being selfish in the fact of not wanting anyone except for my boyfriend around and visiting until after delivery and recovery ? Basically the next day i would allow them . I just want to be able to have that bond first before others come and start their own bond. I know my mother afor a fact is going to have a negative comment about it and his family I'm really not sure how they're going to take it. Pleas help!
