How was you just for sure knew you were pregnant? Any main symptom? Stomach feeling weird?

Pure exhaustion like I've never experienced before, metallic taste, queezy on and off, boobs grew a lot within 2 days (I only know that because I bought a bathing suit on vaca, wore it on day 1, and by day 3 it no longer fit).
