How the heck do I prepare myself for a Natural birth!?! Lol not due until November. Husband is stationed in a different state than where I'm stationed. How can he prep to be my labor coach? should I just get a doula? I have no idea about my of this stuff! All I know is I don't want to be chemically induced again!!! And I really wanna give this natural thing a shot! Hanks for the input ladies 😊
