Please help! Any advice i will take!

I found out I was pregnant with twins Friday the 5th they couldn't determine how far along I am since it was a family doctor so I go today to the hospital for cramping BAD! (Tuesday the 9th) and they couldn't find the baby on the ultrasound and told me a mismarriaged... Is it to early to show? I mean how is it good Friday but not Monday??? Please I need any advice!
