Problem with my mother about this topic

So I kept telling my mother my pregnancy test are positive so I went to the doctor for blood work and it came out negative. Well when I came home I took a test and it was so positive. So I'm going back to the doctor next week to see if it's still negative. I told my mother I had a chemical pregnancy and that the doctor check but there was nothing. What if I am pregnant? How can I go forward and tell my mom I went way to early without her making me worse than I do and happy?
