Any info plz !

Hey ladies! Im really confused because last month my af was a whole week early, which they are normally on point. It was a pretty heavy one too.. tmi I'm sorry. However now this month I am almost 5 days late. I have been extremely dizzy and lightheaded here and there, even when Im just sitting down! And my bbs weren't sore until the day of my expected af whereas normally they are two weeks before. My nipples however have been very painful and erect for a couple weeks.. never noticed that before. Test was negative so just wondering if this may be just my body going crazy on me?
