Bf not the best...

My bf isnt the best at four play, like we will kiss but he swears my panties will be soaked ... I at times have to tell him what to do, but it gets frustrating going step by step ... you would think after being together for almost 3yrs he would know what to do. I have also told him that he isn't the greatest and only kissing me for a min isnt a panty dropper. What else can i do to tell him because obviously telling him straight up didnt work lol
