TTC 3Years thinking about ttc too much shall I delete Glow app?

Ok so I'm sure you've heard the phrase "Stop thinking about it, and it will happen" 
So glow is what reminds me everyday. Logs & everything .. Unsure to delete or stay? I respond to many posts on here, but I feel lack of responses when I post. Shortage of support 😂

I've been off for a while and feeling much better now so came back on not done any charting for a few months and felt much better. But now starting again I'm a bit lost as I don't know where I am lol xx

After 1 year you are considered infertile and should go see a doctor for further testing. No amount of "not thinking about it" will fix a literal phase defect, bad eggs, or a poor sperm count, but medical help can.
