Pregnancy after blighted ovum?

Has anyone had a successful pregnancy soon after having a blighted ovum? I found out in April that I had twin blighted ovums. Both sacs were empty :( I feel like it'll happen again 😞

I haven't and that was 6 years ago. I hoping one day it will.
