How many days to have sex on the window?

So what do you recommend? My fertle window started fri and we had sex nothing on Saturday then we had sex Sunday (18 or 19 %) mon (28% according to glow) Tuesday they say maximize chances (23%) today wed is (7%) but my husbands body is starting to get burned out doing it day after day. Should we skip and hope and pray we got something on the other days and hope glow isn't wrong on my days? Or BD one last time which we might struggle if our body's are tired. Trying to get this bc we've been trying for 10 months now I hate to have another let down.

A lot of places say every other day. Sperm can live up to 5 days inside, and doing it too much can deplenish the quality of semen.

I skipped the first day of my window, had sex on the 2nd, skipped the third and had sex on the 4th 5th and 6th. Skipped the next day, Then had sex on the 8th day and I ended up with a BFP. We found it hard to do every day too... but it's only for a week. If he was really tired I would help him along if you get my drift.. and when it was go time I'd jump on. Worked for us. Good luck!!!

Having sex ever day decreases the man's sperm count.  Every other day is what is recommended.

My hubby and I have been trying for 7 months after our MC last year and 2 months ago or so joins glow it's quite close but at the end of the day it's giving u approximate days according to ur logs. But I found it more stress free and worked was not looking at the % and relay on ovulation tests gives u more ease the more u stress the less it will happen and once u get ur smiley face I used clearblu digital again so I don't stress on is it or isn't it once u get the smiley face u start BD on the day and some say the next day as well as u have 48hours once u get the smile to do the deed and sperm stays in u for up to 5 days good luck I hope this helps baby dust to u
