When Unisom stops working

I have been taking Unisom for about 2 weeks at night to help with nausea. At first, it worked wonders, however the nausea is starting to take over again. I threw up this morning. What else has worked for you ladies? The Unisom works to a degree, but I feel like my morning sickness is just getting more intense, and the Unisom can only do so much.

My dr wrote me a prescription for reglan it's really helped but makes me sleepy

Are you taking vitamin B6 with the Unisom? That's how my doctor told me to take it.

Same happened to me. I got super dehydrated because I couldn't even keep liquids down. Doc tried unisom and B6 first and it helped once but then stopped working. Ended up having to go in for IV fluids and she prescribed me Phenergan which is working well.

I throw everything at it: unisom and B6 at night, preggie pops, peppermint candies, tried sea bands but they hurt, Powerade (also has B6, so be careful to not overdose on it), and eating what my body tells me isn't disgusting. My bigger problem is food aversion rather than nausea per se. Everything sounds gross.

Sea bands have helped me with the nausea. I got mine at Walmart.
