Possible evap

I don't want to consider it an evap line since it came up before the 3 minute mark, but there's a second line on my New Choice dollar tree hpt and it is white, I can't tell if there's any color to it at all but you can see the outline of the white, so could that still be an evap at the 3 minute mark?
