What pregnancy symptoms do you have that you weren't expecting...?

I've had anxiety, hip pain, insomnia, nose bleeds, that weird penny taste in my mouth, moles that have morphed into skin tags & charlie horses galore! How about you?

Extremely short of breath!  I'm almost 34 weeks but gosh I feel like I'm suffocating!

Excess saliva, severe heartburn from 10 weeks, and skin tags eww

More skin tags, lower back and hip pain, the urge to nap every day at 2:00 PM, insane bloating, and my skin has gone from normal/combination to menopausally dry.

Achey joints-elbows & wrists specifically. Also didn't have this much cramping the first time around (though that was 10 years ago).

Extremely bad nausea with some vomiting (ended up on medication for it), constant metallic taste, extremely bad allergies, breathlessness, nose bleeds (just started & I'm 14 weeks), back pain and pelvic girdle pain (which I didn't have with my first 10 years ago).

I think the bad taste in my mouth, insomnia, abdominal stretching pains, excessive saliva production, and urinary stress incontinence caught me off guard the most. I do have headaches and did have nose bleeds in the beginning. What I struggled with in the first trimester, that brought me down, were fatigue, morning sickness and fear of mc. Now in my second trimester I have my energy back, less nausea, but now wonder if lo is ok because I can't feel him/her move yet. I'm 14+5 weeks today. I can't wait for gs and to see him/her move and heart beating :) I bought a fetal heart monitor to put my mind at ease, comes in on Monday :)
