Stripped membranes

I went to the doc yesterday. Am 38+2. I am set to be induced June 15, so about one week away. During the cervical check, I feel she went up higher than last time and it was more uncomfortable. When she was deep in it was almost like she jabbed a bit. Afterwards she told me I may have some bleeding and that I'm only .5cm dilated and 50% effaced. For about an hour afterwards I had cramping and spotting. Woke up this morning to more spotting. Do you think she stripped my membranes? I have gotten checked one other time and while it was uncomfortable, I had zero cramping and zero bleeding-despite her telling me I may bleed. I'm kinda hoping she did strip my membranes since I've heard it is painful- which this was- and I'm hoping to have gotten it out of the way.
