Do you think it's okay to drink 1-2 cups of coffee a day while your pregnant?

I recently found out I'm pregnant and I'm a big coffee drinker, so I've been researching the effects of caffeine while pregnant. I was wondering what you guys think!?

Check the caffeine mg in a cup. Drip coffee tends to be far higher than a latte and some brands contain over 200 mg in a small cup. My doctor had recommended I stick to 150 and under.

I drank coffee during my second pregnancy, and thankfully now that I'm nursing it doesn't bother him. I didn't drink it much the first time, and while nursing her I couldn't even have a couple ounces...she would be miserable. A little usually doesn't hurt though.

It is recommended to reduce your caffeine intake. Especially in the first trimester. Actually I've been told none I'm the first trimester is best. And one to two a week in The 2nd and 3rd trimesters

I drank a lg fountain soda everyday BC I craved it during my first pregnancy and I quit smoking so it was like a gate I used to help me quit
