Help!?

I was on the birth control pill and I started lactating so I went to the doctor. My doctor told me the reason it happens was because I smoked cigarettes while taking the pill. I stopped taking the pill and it has been about 3 months that I have been off of it but yet I'm still lactating and if my boob is lightly squeeze milk will squirt out of both boobs. Has anyone experienced this? Any opinions?
