Heart burn?

So I have been getting heart burn at night a lot lately. And I was wondering what do yall do for it?

Tums is my best friend right now!! Try not to eat before bed wait like an hour after eating to go to bed. But tums is great!!

I discovered 2 days ago freezing cold water worked for me lol. Nothing in three days had worked but at that specific moment freezing cold water worked and I haven't had heartburn in 2 days now.

My OB had me start Zantac because my heartburn was so bad I was eating tums like candy and I've noticed a huge change. however, a fun fact that I didn't know, you aren't supposed to take any type of antacid  (or calcuim) within an hr--2hrs of your prenatal. It blocks certain vitamins from being obsorbed! Didn't know that til my Dr told me haha
