Nervous about HcG levels

I got my levels done at 4 weeks and 6 days (based on lmp. I do believe I ovulated early cycle I got preggo). They came back today as 2,264. I'm worried this is too high and could indicate an issue. Can anyone offer any insight? My 1st ultrasound isn't for another 2 weeks. (I'm now 5 weeks and 4 days).
