Since I found out I've been pregnant I've had slight dull cramping in left side. At 4 weeks or so went in due to concern and Gyno only saw thickened uterus lining. She also said ovaries looked good. She wasn't concerned said it was early. My left sided pain which is mainly on my back sometimes front side subsided but came back today. My next appt is tomorrow should I just wait till then or call?? I don't want to overreact but it makes me nervous. It's not more intense then before it's actually less but I just think it's off. It's doesn't hurt just feels weird.  I'm 6 weeks 4 days. Please advice..
