What "surprise" is in store on this appointment? !

I am totally being sarcastic. I am so frustrated every appointment unveils some bad news. Its like here I am, 33 years old, ttc with my husband and all of a sudden all these things are being uncovered. 1st it was premature ovarian aging, then the second appointment with ultrasound it was cysts and fibroids and now its an unknown growth that may be (I forget the name) endometriosis. I have always had very regular periods and never knew I had these underlining issues. So far no good news 😡 so now the plan is clomid, an injectable medication then another ultrasound next week oh heres an interesting one I have to give my vagina pills lol I had to find humor I that literally I insert pills in my vagina. Really?! Ultimately the np candy coated it but she recommended ivf. Thats 20k!!! I am praying that this other medication plan works because we cant afford 20k for something that may not work. The ttc struggle is REAL ladies. So flippen real. Its really throwing me for a loop today and I dont want to go to work now.
