When TTC, after sex should you wait to shower and wash out your "box" or just lay there and let them soak in lol sorry for the language I'm trying to keep it clean lol ..

I guess my question is what's best for TTC... Staying put, being elevated or just shower because once they're in  ... They're in

Once their in, their in. They get where they need to be in a matter of seconds.

I usually keep it in me for about 10 mins then I wash it out
