Is slippery, watery cm a sign of O?

I've been to the restroom twice in the past few hours and when I wipe it's really slippery and I have to keep wiping to get dry to my likings (lo)
But it's not really egg white it's more like clear slime, watery . It's Not messing my panties but when I wipe it's a lot there.
