When should I start having raspberry tea/supplement?

At what weeks should I start having raspberry tea/ supplement?

My mom was seeing a high risk OB for fibroids a few years back and was told rrlt is good for 'any woman with a uterus'! 😂

I start it when TTC and continue to drink it until 3m postpartum

I've been drinking it here and there throughout pregnancy. Now in my third tri and up to half a quart a day and I'll continue to increase when we get closer, probably a quart a day.  I'm really loving it iced!

You can drink raspberry tea anytime. It's great for your uterus, regardless if you're pregnant. I drank a lot of it through my pregnancy.

I drink it occasionally at 16 weeks. It may cause Braxton hicks (it did with my first). I usually try and do a cup a day after 30-32 weeks.

I've been drinking it since TTC. It's even good during your period. Any time!

My midwife says it probably doesn't do anything. But she also said she drank it when she was pregnant. Some people think it exercises your uterus. Just don't drink more than a cup a day, as it can cause contractions.

I started at 29 weeks! I also had capsules too. I personally don't think it helped with much. I had an 11 hour labor along with terrible back labor. I only pushed for 10 minutes

I'm starting the raspberry leaf capsules at 37 weeks (they are stronger than the tea)
