I mean do you have to wear it everyday? Can someone just explain it to me? I'm on the pill  now but kinda suck at remembering to take it on time.

I was on it for a while. Absolutely loved it. You put it on anywhere around where your ovaries would be. Hips, thighs, butt, lower back. Keep it on for 7 days and change it. The third week you leave it off and that should be the week you get your period. The only reason I changed birth controls was that I was getting irritated about the stickiness. It was a pain in the ass trying to get it off.

You change the patch once a week. You wear them for three weeks, and leave it off for a week and that's when you have your period. You put it on your hip, butt, or shoulder and alternate sides every week. (I put it on my hips, because I have longer hair, and my hair always gets caught on it) it's a good alternative for people who can't always remember the pill. It's pretty easy to remember to change the patch. I haven't had any issues with it, but it can get itchy when you first use them. Hope this helps!
