HCG LEVEL

Okay guys im freaking my myself out Saturday I found I was pregnant at the ER I went in for cramping and loose stools x3 days well they did and ultrasound and they couldn't see anything but I have a cyst on my left ovary my hcg came back at 35 and doctor said it wad normal since I was 4 weeks exactly I went monday to redo my hcg found out it went up to 64 and I had labs today waiting for a call im not having any cramping now but I'm really scared maybe its ectopic anyone have an ectopic and have no symptoms?
