10 days late

Okay so I have two children already from my previous marriage. My new spouse and I have been trying to conceive for the last 6 months. I was on mirena for 3 years and then got two shots of depo. I completely quit birth control in October and have been regular to the day every month. Now I am late by a 10 days but still negative tests. Could I still be pregnant? Never had this problem before and I was irregular with my other two. Please help.
