Bringing baby home

What do you ladies have to bring your baby home from the hospital in?  I'm currently looking for a boy outfit and a girl outfit since we don't know what we're having. Since I'm due July 31 and it's bound to be hot should I be picking long sleeves, a sleeper, just a onsie, a onsie with a blanket? The air will be on if it's hot out - I don't want the baby to be too hot or too cold. So what are all you ladies doing?
